Veterans Day Memorial Walking Tour
Stops include:
- Veterans Freedom Park
- I Love My Country Statue
- The War Veterans Memorial Home
- The Roll of Honor, WWI Doughboy, and the War Dogs memorial
- The Veterans Corner
Date and time: Wednesday, November 11, 2026, 11:15 AM–12:45 PM
Location: We will start at the Veterans Freedom Park (LMU park), corner of 6th & Market Streets, Logansport. Meet there immediately following the Veterans Day parade. If the parade runs long, we’ll wait a few minutes for everyone to arrive.
Good to know:
- Free; registration required. Space is limited to keep the group small enough to hear at each stop.
- About 90 minutes and under a mile of walking on sidewalks.
- All ages welcome.
- The tour runs rain or shine, so please dress for the weather.
- There’s no food on this tour, but several downtown restaurants are a short walk from where it ends.
