The City of Irvine invites the community to honor veterans and their families at a special Veterans Day Ceremony Wednesday, November 11, 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m., in the Formal Garden at Colonel Bill Barber Marine Corps Memorial Park.
The ceremony is thoughtfully designed to express a spirit of gratitude toward those who have served in the United States military with unwavering dedication, both in the past and the present. Special recognition will be given to local veterans, veterans groups, and military organizations.
This free event is open to the public and serves as an opportunity to recognize the valor, courage, and sacrifice of our military heroes. In the event of inclement weather, the Veterans Day Ceremony will move to Irvine City Hall, located adjacent to the park.
Colonel Bill Barber Marine Corps Memorial Park is located at 4 Civic Center Plaza in Irvine. For more information, visit cityofirvine.org/specialevents or call 949-724-6606.
