Are you a veteran or the surviving spouse of one? Understanding the benefits you’re entitled to can be confusing—but it doesn’t have to be. Join us at Summit of Uptown (10 North Summit Avenue, Park Ridge, IL 60068) for a complimentary lunch and educational seminar led by veteran benefits expert Tom Pizur. This informative session will offer updated guidance on benefits that may now be available—even if you’ve applied before.
Mr. Pizur will explain the Aid & Attendance Policy, which can provide up to $2,727 per month for qualifying veterans. He’ll also cover new benefits for widows of veterans, individuals exposed to Agent Orange, Jet Fuels, or those stationed at Camp LeJeune. Learn how these benefits can help cover Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Home Care.

Since 1987, Tom Pizur has supported families navigating long-term health care planning. His expertise spans Medicare, VA Aid & Attendance, Compensation and Appeals, Medicaid, and insurance options. He is also the author of The King's Way Home, a guide for families planning for the future.
