Four weeks in a row on Wednesdays in August
August 5,12,19, and 26th
Time 1:00 to 3:00 pm each Wednesday
This is an opportunity to establish a routine to strengthen your own identity and connect with others. There will be ground activities and a certified FBEAP facilitator on site each week to work with you and a horse. Explore how a horse can help you stay confident, connected, and fulfilled. Horses are not ridden but rather work along side you to foster relationship, routines, build energy levels and help you find your boundaries and handle transitions.
Please join us each week for four weeks. There is no cost to you.
Grooming and ground based activities will be used to facilitate growth in finding your identity and confidence.
