Starting pay: $23.50 - $30/hr DOE
Available Positions:
Manufacturing Assemblers
Preference given to candidates available to work the night shift.
Day Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Overtime hours may be available on Fridays)
Night Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. with a $3/hour shift differential
About the Job:
Join our production team and play a crucial role in the assembly of nacelles. You will be tasked with assembling fabricated parts at designated floor stations. Utilize your skills in handling mechanical components and employ a variety of pneumatic hand tools and power tools to efficiently construct high-quality nacelle units.
Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently assemble components utilizing both hand and power tools
- Ensure parts fit and are assembled correctly, including but not limited to bolts, screws, shafts, and bearings
- Handle materials by lifting, positioning, and/or removing them from the work area as needed
- Manage materials using a bridge crane for loading, stacking, and transportation purposes
- Interpret schematics to assemble machine components
- Collaborate with fellow assemblers to construct the final product
- Test and inspect components to ensure they meet our standards of uniformity and quality
Job Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing experience is required
- Familiarity with standard power and hand tools
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent is required
