Vessel HYROX Doubles Simulation | The Lab

Vessel presents a HYROX-style doubles simulation inside The Lab Monterey.

We’re hosting two separate Saturdays:

Saturday, March 14
Saturday, March 28

Each date is its own event and is capped at 8 teams total (16 athletes per day). Once a date reaches 8 teams, registration for that day closes.

Format:

• Doubles race simulation
• 10-minute guided warm-up
• Strict 6:30 AM start
• Live simulation begins at 6:45 AM
• Structured stations under race-style conditions

• Arrive 6:10 AM latest

This event is competitive but community-driven. Whether you’re training for HYROX or simply want to test your performance, this is an opportunity to push your edge in a focused environment.

Participants must arrive 15–20 minutes early to complete waivers and get situated. Please come in workout attire and bring a water bottle. Water will be available for refill.

Pre-registration is required. No walk-ins.
