The Freshwater Challenge in Vernon, BC is quickly approaching (June 30th)! More information is contained in the attached poster, but it is an 8 x 5km lap relay race alternating men and women’s teams. All changes are at the same location and the change area has been set up so that either water or beach changes are possible, though water changes will be slightly advantageous. Spec boats will be started prior to the unlimited boats and the first of either to cross the finish line will win.
