Vernisáž výstavy Stefana Hurtiga Solidarities

Pragovka Gallery vás zve na výstavu Stefana Hurtiga Solidarities (4. 9. – 10. 12. 2026). Vernisáž proběhne ve čtvrtek 3. září od 18 hodin.
S ohledem na vykořisťování naší planety je čím dál naléhavější znovu promyslet, jak žijeme společně s dalšími, nelidskými bytostmi. Co se můžeme od udržitelného způsobu života řas naučit? Video instalace Solidarities funguje jako spekulativní výzkumná laboratoř. V sérii videí nás provází nebinární, fluidní postava, která prochází farmou mikrořas, hraje si pod vodou a splývá s objekty vytvořenými z řas. Hybridní bytost Zoé vypráví o superschopnostech řas a jejich symbiotických společenstvích. Kultury mikrořasy spiruliny přitom meditativně probublávají. Nové solidarity mezi druhy – to je pohled na svět po antropocénu.
Kurátorkou výstavy je Tuçe Erel.
Současně proběhnou také vernisáže výstav Murmuring Matter, Zachytit nit a Psychedelická samoobsluha Jednota.

Pragovka Gallery se nachází v přízemí 1. zálivu E Factory. Objekt je od centra vzdálen 15 min. Metro B – Kolbenova, tram – Poštovská.

Pragovka Gallery invites you to the exhibition Solidarities by Stefan Hurtig (September 4 – December 10, 2026). The opening will take place on Thursday, September 3, starting at 6 pm.
In view of the exploitation of the Earth's habitat, it has become urgent to rethink how we live together with other, non-human beings. What can humans learn from the sustainable lifestyles of algae? The video installation Solidarities is a speculative research laboratory. In several videos, a non-binary, fluid figure guides us through a microalgae farm, plays underwater and merges with algae-based objects. The hybrid creature Zoé talks about the superpowers and symbiotic communities of algae. Spirulina microalgae cultures bubble away meditatively. New solidarities between species – that is the perspective after the Anthropocene.
Curator of the exhibition is Tuçe Erel.
Openings of the exhibitions Murmuring Matter, Zachytit nit and Psychedelická samoobsluha Jednota will also take place at the same time.
