La Fonderie Darling lance sa programmation d’automne lors d’une soirée festive et inaugure les expositions Après la pluie, la boue de Christopher Varady-Szabo et Solar Lamentation de Shanie Tomassini.
Dans la Grande salle, Christopher Varady-Szabo présente « Après la pluie, la boue », une installation monumentale où le bois, la terre, les branches, l’eau et la paille se mêlent, inspirée des fondateurs de l’architecture en terre, mettant en lumière l’hybridité des formes, la précarité de nos écosystèmes et la poétique du vivant en constante transformation.
Présentée dans la Petite galerie, l'exposition « Solar Lamentation » de Shanie Tomassini plonge le public dans un univers suspendu entre mythe et matière, où ses sculptures et installations, façonnées par des matériaux en mutation et inspirées par les cycles du soleil, donnent vie à une mythologie personnelle peuplée d’êtres mystiques, célébrant l’alchimie du temps et des cycles du vivant.

Fonderie Darling is launching its fall program with a festive evening and opening the exhibitions Après la pluie, la boue by Christopher Varady-Szabo and Solar Lamentation by Shanie Tomassini.
In the Main Hall, Christopher Varady-Szabo presents "Après la pluie, la boue", a monumental installation where wood, earth, branches, water, and straw intermingle, inspired by the pioneers of earthen architecture, highlighting the hybridity of forms, the precariousness of our ecosystems, and the poetry of living matter in constant transformation.
Presented in the Small Gallery, Shanie Tomassini’s exhibition "Solar Lamentation" immerses the audience in a world suspended between myth and matter, where her sculptures and installations—crafted from ever-changing materials and inspired by the cycles of the sun—bring to life a personal mythology populated by mystical beings, celebrating the alchemy of time and the cycles of life.
