Venture Summit: The Recipe for Success

Venture Summit is an annual gathering of Spartan leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators dedicated to discussing important topics and advancing entrepreneurship education at Michigan State University.

This year's theme, "The Recipe for Success," explores the ingredients behind building and scaling successful food and consumer packaged goods (CPG) ventures. From transforming an idea into a product consumers love to navigating branding, manufacturing, retail partnerships, distribution, and investment, every successful venture is built from a unique recipe. Through conversations with founders, industry leaders, and innovators, the Burgess Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation will uncover the strategies, lessons, and bold decisions that turn great products into lasting brands. Participants will leave with practical insights, fresh perspectives, and inspiration to create the next generation of consumer products.
