Step into an evening where time melts away and the grandeur of Venice, Italy in the mid 1700s surrounds you. The Venice is Sinking Masquerade Ball returns for its 16th annual celebration—bigger, more lavish, and with a twist unlike any before. THIS YEAR, the Ball will feature an immersive Venetian-themed wedding (for only about 20-30 minutes of the Ball), where every guest has a character and back story. There will be improv actors and some of our very special guests, as the wedding party.
The evening's attire remains true to tradition: Rococo extravagance and 1700s Venetian splendor or your own formal or party wear (be creative!). Picture towering wigs, extravagant ball gowns, sumptuous fabrics, and finely tailored coats—your ensemble must be fit for nobility. And, as always, a mask is required to conceal your identity and add an air of mystery to the evening.
