Venica & Venica Wine Dinner with Giampaolo Venica

Founded in 1930, Venica & Venica have celebrated their 90th year and are regarded as one of the top producers of white wines in Italy. Venica & Venica wines embody all of the best qualities of Friuli and Collio. The wines are all richly textured with ripe, beautiful fruit and they are supremely balanced. The combination of the texture, depth, fruit, freshness, and overall balance is stunning and very difficult to find. Venica is one of the rare wineries that has it all: history, old vines, varied sites, connection to the past, an understanding of the need for advancing sustainability and understanding their area and their place in the world, and, above all, delicious wines. This is one of our favorite wineries in the world!

Giampaolo Venica has dedicated himself to enhancing his family's long history in Friuli with the aid of continuous research and innovation. We are incredibly excited to welcome Giampaolo to Caruso's for a four-course meal by Chef Matt Adler paired with these celebrated Northern Italian wines.
