If your application is approved, we will email you with your acceptance, followed by your vendor information packet, contract, and invoice. Your space is not confirmed until the signed contract and payment have been received.💜💜

Asia Pop Fest is an independently organized fan event and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with BTS, BigHit Music, HYBE, or Weverse.
