The Afrolatino Festival NYC returns for its 12th year with new initiatives, fortifying old bonds, forging new ones.

Thank you for your interest in joining us Thursday-Saturday July 23- July 25th for our 12th year celebration as we take over two amazing locations in El Barrio and in Brooklyn.


On Thursday and Friday July 23-24 we will be at CCCADI Ile Oyin, a new 5,000 square foot cultural hub located at 208 East 126th in El Barrio, NYC.

On Saturday July 25th we will be at the BRIC Brooklyn 647 Fulton St in Fort Greene

Please read below carefully.


PLEASE NOTE: PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO THREE (3) DAY VENDORS, THEN SINGLE (1) DAY VENDORS, AS SPACES BECOME AVAILABLE.

As a Vendor at the 2026 Afrolatino Festival of NY you agree to the following:

Vendors/Organizations/Exhibitors: Limit of 2 people/vendor.

Selling Times: 1pm -8pm

Space/Location:

SINGLE/INDIVIDUAL VENDOR/EXHIBITOR - 6'x5' spaces are available

SHARED VENDOR (NO MORE THAN 2) - 3'x5' /each. PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to share, you must notify us to approve your shared vendor as this helps us maintain a diverse group of participants. Vendors will be responsible for collecting payment from your shared space/table vendor. Except for shares, vendors may not sublease their assigned spaces/tables unless approved in writing by Festival. Smoking is NOT permitted in the selling area. Animals will not be permitted in vendors’ spaces. No beverages may be sold.

If requested, you must be able to present your NYS Temporary Vendor Permit. If you do not have one, you can obtain one here: http://www.streetfairsny.com/become-a-vendor.html

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own set up including tables, chairs and company signage. BOTH DAYS ARE INDOORS SO NO TENTS NEEDED. This is your chance to get creative and to make your space as appealing as possible to maximize your customer opportunities.

Set-up: All Set-up must begin at 11am and be completed by 12pm. Electricity is provided. Vendors who are booking for three (3) days will be able to secure their merchandise on site for the first 2 days only but must move for Day 3. By doing so you agre to hold the Afro-Latino Festival, Afrolatin@ Project, BRIC Brooklyn and Caribbean Cultural Center and African Diaspora Institute and its officers, directors, employees harmless for any loss or damage.

Clean-up/Break Down:

  • All Vendors must keep their space and location clean during the event. We will have trash cans around the site.
  • All Selling must end no later than 8PM and breakdown must be completed by 9PM.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT AND REFUND ANY VENDOR.

VENDORS ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT THAT PORTIONS OF THE FESTIVAL MAY BE RECORDED OR PHOTOGRAPHED AND VENDOR OR VENDOR STAFF MAY APPEAR.
