Vendor Registration – International Feast & Market

The International Feast & Market will take place Saturday, October 4th, from 11am - 4pm at Record Downtown, located at 104 SW A Street, Bentonville.

The International Feast & Market will showcase to the Northwest Arkansas community diverse cuisine and merchandise, while showcasing music and cultural performances that celebrate the artistry and diversity that enriches our lives.

Participating as a vendor in the International Feast and Market offers a unique opportunity to showcase your products and connect with the Northwest Arkansas community.

We offer three options for vendors:

1. Double - the vendor fee of $250 will secure two tables, three chairs and includes complimentary Wi-Fi.
2. Single - the vendor fee of $150 will secure one table, two chairs and includes compliemntary Wi-Fi.
3. Percentage of Sales- the vendor of $50 will secure you the same as a single vendor, however vendors will be required to pay 10% of sales following the event.

Should you require access to power, it is available for an additional $25, and includes use of one extension cord.

Vendors can request access to a shared catering-kitchen facility on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring you have the resources you need to prepare and present your offerings.

Info: Vendors can access Record to begin setting up booths. We ask that all booths are ready by 10:45am before doors open at 11am.

Info: All community members and ages are welcome to attend in support of our world’s diversity while highlighting NWA small and diverse owned businesses.

Info: All vendors are required to be out of the Record by 6pm.
