VENDOR Registration HR4P 2025

Hot Rods 4 Paws is a Car show is put on to benefit Furry Friends Pet Relief Program, a non profit organization in Downtown Antioch assiting the communites with the pets in need.

This is the 11th annual show to take place at RIVERTOWN, HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ANTIOCH October 26 2024 from 10-4pm.

Applications received without all requested information and fees will not be processed, please make sure all information is filled in correctly. All applications, forms and fees must be received at the time of completion of application to reserve your spot.

Please keep in mind that there is no electricity and limited space, it is possible that space may be sold out, therefore completed applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. You need to provide table, tent and chairs for your booth. Check in at vendor registration starts at 8:00am. Your booth will need to be set up by 9:00am. We are not responsible for vendors bringing the same type of items for sale.

If you do not complete the donation portion, your spot will be forfeit and given to the next vendor in your category.

You will receive an eml within 2 weeks of receiving your application confirming that you are accepted.

You will receive an email one week before the event with the day of the event details. Make sure that we are in your address book so that our emls don't go to spam.

Filing out this form and making your donation, you are agreeing to these terms. This event is Rain or Shine - NO REFUNDS

I understand that HOT RODS 4 PAWS and Furry Friends Pet Relief and Parent company are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment or merchandise, no accident and/or injury to me or my staff, and do not hold accountable any of the above individuals or businesses for any liability. Strict adherence to assigned exhibition spaces and vehicle parking will be enforced and any parking tickets or tow-a-ways I incur will be paid by me, the vendor. I understand that my booth must be manned at all times during the operating hours of the HOT RODS 4 PAWS.

I understand my fees will not be returned, as they are donated to Furry Friends Pet Relief Program.

I understand that my financial success as a vendor is my responsibility.
