Booth/Station Assignments
Community Providers of Employment, Day Habilitation, Group Homes and other community services
- Engage directly with potential service recipients and their families.
- Showcase vocational, independent living, housing, healthcare, therapy, and assistive technology resources.
What to Bring
- Branded tablecloth and signage (if desired)
- Informational handouts, brochures, or display materials
- Any interactive materials or equipment for demonstrations
- Extension cords/power strips if you require electricity
- Any necessary accommodations supplies (seating, visuals, etc.)
Provided by Organizers
- One table and 2 chairs per vendor
- Access to Wi-Fi
- Name tags and welcome materials
- Accessible booth layout and directional signage
- Volunteer assistance as needed

When you attend our I/DD Resource and Provider Fair presented by Project Spark, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by NC DHHS, EIPD, Project Spark and its affiliates and representatives. You release NC DHHS, EIPD, Project Spark and its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is
charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Ignite Your Future: A Project Spark Event or the person or entity designated to do so by NC DHHS, EIPD or Project Spark.
