Reach your customers at the 2027 Great Plains Growers Conference!
This premier event draws fruit, vegetable, organic, and specialty crop growers from across the midwest. The conference features ten educational tracks focused on both conventional and organic specialty crop production and marketing. Friday evening includes Growers Association meetings and the popular Grower’s Innovation Night.
Thursday Setup: Thursday, Jan. 7, 1:00–7:00 pm
Friday Late Setup: Friday, Jan. 8 at 7:00am
- Trade Show opens: Friday, Jan. 8, 7:00am
- Location: Fulkerson Conference Center, Missouri Western State University
- Booths: 8’ x 10’ booth contains one 6-foot table and two chairs. Outdoor display options available upon request.
- Included: Meal tickets for 2 reps per booth, vendor hospitality room, wireless internet is available.
- Promotion: Your business will be included in our program insert and on our website.
Facility Access: A sidewalk ramp and double-door entrance make equipment setup easy. Trucks may back up to the dock for direct access.

January 7 - 1 pm – 7 pm (Exhibitor set-up)
January 8 - 7 am – 6 pm (late set-up at 7 am)
January 9 - 8 am - 1:30 pm
FEES:
1st booth* $475
Additional booths* $300
Outside booth for equipment $350
Additional registrations $ 75
Tabletop display $175
*Booth fee includes lunch/registration for 2 representatives per day.
VENDOR BOOTH SPACE
You will be provided an 8’ x 10’ booth containing one 6-foot table and two chairs. Electrical service and wireless internet available. Booths have a pipe and drape backdrop.
TABLETOP DISPLAY
Tabletop displays are 3' x 3' areas to display catalogs or brochures to promote your product/service. Tabletops may not be manned by a company representative. Send tabletop material to: Buchanan Co. Extension Office, Attn.: Gwen, 301 N. County Park Rd. Easton, MO 64443 . Please have your materials shipped to the office no later than December 7, 2026.
RESERVATION DEADLINE
Reserve your exhibit space by December 1, 2026. A cancellation refund will be granted until December 11, 2026. Any application received after this date will be assigned on a space-available basis.
SECURITY AND LIABILITY
Normal security provisions will be in effect. University Extension and/or Missouri Western State University will not be liable for theft and will not assume any liability, legal or otherwise, for accidents of any nature. If there are issues with security or access to the building, contact MWSU campus police, 816-271-4438.
