About this Event
Vendor Registration for 1st Annual Columbus Summer Camp/Class & Job Fair.
This event has 2 parts:
PART 1 – JOB FAIR (4-6PM): Find employees for your summer activity. Attendees will consist of high schoolers, college students, young adults, teachers, or anyone else looking for summer jobs. Candidates are willing to locate to travel overnight camps to looking for a job in the Central Ohio area. Meet, interview and hire!
PART 2 – SUMMER CAMP/CLASS Expo (6-8): Parents attend to find summer camps, care, classes or summer activities for their children. Great chance to grow your program, increase registrations, provide details about your summer opportunities and increase your visibility. Grow your business!
Vendor Registration
- When: February 20th 2025 (Thursday, 4 - 8PM –> 4-6 Job Fair / 6-8 Summer Camp/Class Expo)
- Where: 1500 Polaris Parkway – Suite 315 (Back side of Polaris Mall, right beside Dave & Busters)
- Who Attends (Job Fair): Employment Seeking high schoolers, college students, young adults, teachers, or anyone else looking for summer jobs
- Who Attends (Summer Camp/Class Expo): Families from around Columbus including Westerville, New Albany, Gahanna, Lewis Center, Worthington, Clintonville, Powell, Dublin, Hilliard, Upper Arlington and more!
- How it works: Indoor event! Job Seekers or Families pre-register to attend the event and it's various fun activities. Admission is free.
- Expected Attendance: 2,500 – 3,000+

- Why families & Job Seekers attend the event: This family event connects parents with summer classes, summer camps (day or overnight), education, care, and summer activities. Job seekers attend to find a part-time or full-time position to help in any of these activities.
What to do at the event:
- Summer Camp/Class/Activity Expo: Find summer camps & classes for your family. Chat with the various organizations, register, collect information and see demos. Register early before they sell out.
- Fun items: Enjoy exciting items such as balloon artist, face painters, popcorn and cotton candy. Plus our popular Fun Pass that includes prizes by playing the lollipop game, bubble-bubble gum, duck matching game, mystery prize wheel, animal prize wheel, prize pinball game, and more. Also complete the fun Scavenger hunt at the event and play the Plinko game to win prizes. Free Pizza 1st 300 & Tim Hortons treat for 1st 200.
