Get Ready for Junk in The Trunk!
St. John's is searching for vendors or individuals who are looking to sell some items at our Junk in The Trunk event! We will be using our parking lot and indoor hall as space for you to rent to be able to sell items. Junk in The Trunk will be promoted by the hosts, St. John's, on a variety of platforms and various methods.
$27 reserves you a standard outdoor parking space to sell your items. $50 secures an indoor location (the approximate space would be equivalent to an 8-10 foot table) to have shoppers browse your items. For the indoor space, there is a $10 rental fee for a table if needed as well as a "Booth Bundle" option for $25, which includes an 8-10 foot table and 2 chairs.

Please Note- Vendor sales may NOT include drink, food, alcohol, weapons, drugs , or any type of medicine. Political affiliated items are NOT allowed. Please note-independent distributors of goods/services are also NOT allowed (Examples- Doterra, Melaleuca, Mary Kay, Tastefully Simple, Pampered Chef, etc).
-Set- up for indoor spaces will be on Friday, June 12th, 7pm-9pm.
-Set-up for outdoor and indoor (if needed) space will be Saturday, June 13th, 8am-9am.
-This event will be open to the public.
-Every 'vendor' attends their own booth/trunk, makes their own change, and keeps their own accounting. We provide the event space and general management and marketing for the event.
-If the hosts cancel the event due to inclement vendors, vendors will be refunded.
-The vendor brings their items, prices their items, removes their items. Anything left would be thrown in the dumpster at 4pm on Saturday, 6/13. Vendors cannot bring in items earlier than designated set up times.
-Light refreshments will be sold on site for vendors and shoppers.
-If needing to rent a table for the indoor space, we do have some smaller sizes (8 foot, 6 foot, 4 foot)
-Outdoor "booth" size is the space of your trunk and roughly 3 feet beyond that.
-A diagram of your indoor or outdoor space will be provided to you closer to the event date, along with a map of where to park.
-Gentle reminder: The vendor needs to bring their own table/chairs or rent from St. John’s.
-Absolutely no smoking/alcohol on site.
-For outdoor vendors, do not pound anything into concrete. If using a tent in front of parking space, it must be weighted down, 10 x 13 is a great size.
-For outdoor vendors, you cannot back into spots and place any items on the grass.
-For outdoor vendors, you cannot use sidewalks to place any items. Those need to be left clear for shoppers/walkers.
