Join us for a fun-filled afternoon at the local VFW! Enjoy shopping from a variety of vendors, savor delicious BBQ pulled pork, and satisfy your sweet tooth at our bake sale—all while supporting the VFW and local vendors. Bring friends and family to shop, eat, and socialize from 12 PM to 5 PM. We can’t wait to see you there!

Event Guidelines
• Outdoor Spaces:
o Cost: $20
o Size: 10' x 10'
o Vendors must supply their own setup materials (tents, tables, etc.).
• Indoor Spaces:
o One 6' table is provided.
o Vendors can bring up to two more tables but must arrange them to not exceed 6'of width (e.g., a horseshoe shape along the wall).
• Setup & Teardown:
o Setup starts at 10:30 AM and should be completed by 12:00 PM.
o The event opens to the public at 12:00 PM
o The event ends at 5:00 PM.
o Vendors should be packed up and out by 6:30 PM.
• Payment and Registration
o Early payment and registration is available at the VFW beginning April 1st.

o Spaces will be based on first come, first serve.
