Announcing the most unique Bridal Expo EVER!The WIAC is seeking vendors for its unique and exciting Bridal Expo—Weddings & Wings—An Expo for Brides AND Grooms!
This isn't your same-old-same-old kind of Bridal Expo!
The Main Gallery will feature everything related to weddings—DJ services, gowns & tuxes, venues, photographers, and more. Vendors will receive a 10x10' space for their display for a vendor fee of $50.
The event will include a fashion show, music & dancing (just for fun), a diamond dig, contests, and raffles. Vendors can also promote themselves and host their own contests or giveaways.
And here's the twist...
Grooms are encouraged to join their brides, but if they prefer, they can visit the WIAC courtyard for beer and wings, cornhole games, and more while their partners enjoy the activities upstairs.
Indoor event schedule:
12 pm--doors open, vendors ready to meet and greet
1 pm--Fashion show #1--attendants & mothers of the bride/groom attire
1:30 pm--mock reception dance party
2 pm--"Minute to Win It" games with brides to win full WIAC wedding rental
3 pm--Bridal Cake Diamond Treasure Hunt
4 pm--Fashion show #2--Bridal Gowns
VIP tickets will be sold to brides to include discounts and coupons from vendors and chance to win WIAC micro-event rental package.
"Bride passports" will be given for brides to visit each vendor for a chance to win additional prizes.
