Join us for a fantastic day of shopping and fun at the Vendor & Craft Show! This exciting event will be held at Lions Park located at 500 Lions Drive in Dallastown, PA, USA. Get ready to browse through a wide variety of unique crafts and products from talented vendors.

The Dallastown Lions Club has a rich history of serving the community, and this event is designed to bring local businesses together to showcase their products and services while fostering a sense of community engagement. This year's Vendor & Craft Show promises to be an outstanding opportunity for you to connect with potential customers and make a positive impact on the local community.

By participating in our Vendor Show, you will have the chance to:

• Showcase your products/services to a diverse audience.
• Network with fellow business owners and community members.
• Strengthen your brand presence in the local market.
• Contribute to the charitable initiatives supported by the Dallastown Lions Club.

To confirm your participation, please register by May 10. Spaces are 10x10 and $30. You may register for multiple spaces if you need more room. Registration received after 5/10 will be $40/space provided there are spots remaining.

Please Note: Direct Sales Vendors will be limited to 1 vendor per company. It is stongly suggested that you contact us prior to registering as a direct sales vendor. We will refund your registration fee (minus Eventbrite fees) if someone from your company has already registered.

Your support is crucial in making this event a success, and we believe that your participation will greatly enhance the overall experience for both vendors and attendees.

Event Rules:

1. All York Township Ordinances must be observed.
2. Vendors agree to take full responsibility for persons, property, and merchandise and will not hold Dallastown Lions Club or its organizers responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to dealers’ persons or property.
3. Alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, sale of firearms, martial arts weapons, and pornographic materials are prohibited.
4. Spaces are sized approximately 10’x10’. All tables, pegs, and poles (provided by vendor) are to remain inside the perimeter of the space. No holes are permitted.
5. Vendors are responsible for handling money and providing change to their own patrons.
6. No vehicles are allowed at vendor spaces. Unloading and parking information will be provided prior to the event.
7. No electric service is provided. Generators are permitted.
8. No grills, stoves, open fires, or cooking allowed on grounds or parking lots.
9. Refreshments and food rights are all reserved to Dallastown Lions Club.
10. Vendors may set up at 8:00 AM.
11. Each vendor is responsible for cleaning their space and placing their trash in the receptacles provided, including all empty boxes, bags, and unsold items before leaving.
12. No Refunds will be given if you decide not to participate (for any reason) after registering. The event will be held on the announced date, rain or shine. If any weather event should prevent the event from taking place, please accept our sincerest Thank You for your donation to the Dallastown Lions Club.
13. Spaces will be assigned by Dallastown Lions Club organizers. Requests for specific spaces are not available.
14. Exhibits and items belonging to vendors must be weighted down and secured.
