🔥 WHAT YOU’LL DO
COOKS
Prepare high-quality, made-from-scratch food with passionate speed
Follow recipes, portion specs, and food presentation standards
Keep your station clean, stocked, and running efficiently
Assist with deliveries, labeling, and food rotation (FIFO)
Work fast, stay organized, and have fun doing it
CASHIERS
Enthusiastically greet every Guest with a smile and positive energy
Take dine-in, to-go, and call-in orders using the Velvet Taco steps of service
Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions
Ensure alcohol service follows BASSET/state laws
Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area

✅ REQUIREMENTS
Aligns with Velvet Taco’s culture and vibe
Must be 18 years or older
1–2 years of restaurant experience preferred (scratch kitchen a plus!)
Food Handlers Certification required (Alcohol Service/BASSET for Cashiers)
Able to lift 25 lbs and work on your feet
