Velvet Core™ is collaborating with Siesta Glow & Unexplainable Love two local Sarasota brands — for a strength-based Pilates + sensual embodiment pop-up designed to build core strength while inviting the feminine essence to move through the body.

This is a Pilates class rooted in strength, tone, and stability, delivered through somatic awareness and sensual, fluid transitions that allow movement to feel connected, intelligent, and alive.

Each participant will receive:

•Valentine’s inspired Pilates Grip socks

•a sensual candle from Unexplainable Love Candles

• a $10 credit toward a mobile organic spray tan from Siesta Glow

•Hip beats from our live DJ

•Pilates experience with Rebecca Guile

•Closing mini Sound Bath for integration
