When hardship hits our community, we respond the only way we know how: with velvet, vices, and a whole lot of heart.
Join us for Velvet & Vices: Sins for a Cause, a campy, indulgent night of drag and burlesque raising funds for three Spokane locals deeply woven into our queer and performer circles (Amanita Tripp, a cherished performer, Chris Lawrence and Tish Henry, beloved community supporters) all of whom lost their homes and belongings in the devastating Old Trails fire.
Inside the intimate, moody glow of Iolite Lounge, we’re turning sorrow into spectacle and solidarity into a glitter‑drenched celebration.
Expect whimsical mischief, dramatic indulgence, and sin‑themed antics that transform faux‑vices into real‑world virtue. Pride, envy, gluttony for applause; every “sin” becomes a playful act of community care.
All proceeds and tips will be split evenly among Amanita, Chris, and Tish to help them rebuild and recover with the full force of Spokane’s love behind them.Come drink, cheer, indulge, and revel in a night that proves:
