Join Velocity Strength and Performance for our annual Thanksgiving morning charity workout benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation — an incredible organization that creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

This fun, full-body workout is designed for all ages and fitness levels, so bring your friends, family, and out-of-town guests for some morning movement and good vibes before the feast begins!
