Veggie Transplant Class

Join us in transplanting veggie seedlings and starts for your spring garden! Fifth Season's stellar horiticulturist Milo and Sweet Dee of Resting Point Farms will guide you through these essential transplanting methods:
• Proper Soil Preparation
• Careful Handling and Replanting
• Hardening Off

You will go home with your own replanted, or "upotted" veggie and herbaceous starts. Varietals may include kale, okra, lettuces, celery, rainbow swiss chard.
There will be two session timeslots on March 29, 2025: 11:00 am or 2:00 pm. Each session has a 1.5 hour duration with a short break in the middle for grabbing a cup of tea, espresso, local beer, kombucha, or lemonade all on tap and freshly brewed at the Fifth Season Bar located steps away from the classroom within the Fifth Season Gardening Asheville store.
