Vegetariana: Italian Meatless Meals

For ages 18 & up

Bright, bold, and bountiful, the season’s most colorful vegetables have earned the right to take center stage. Whether you’re a vegetarian or just want to get a rainbow of fruits and vegetables on your plate, our menu holds some exciting inspiration by way of Italy.

You’ll learn how to coax out peak sweetness from ripe heirloom tomatoes, simmer a nourishing escarole and white bean soup, and layer a beautifully hearty lasagna. As a zesty finale, we’ll flaunt the tangy sweetness of freshly squeezed oranges in a Sicilian-inspired tart.

You will be working in a small group. For ages 18 and up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
