Join us for an interactive canning workshop. You'll learn how to safely pressure can carrots and gain hands-on experience with a boiling water electric canner while processing tomatoes. This class is perfect for both beginners and experienced canners—come prepared to learn, taste, and leave with new skills and recipes!
This class is created in partnership between Slow Food Wind River, Meadowlark Market & Kitchen, and Central Wyoming College Lander, made possible with generous funding through the Lander District Recreation Board.
Payment is due at the time of registration. Signing up for classes is available online, over the phone at (307) 332-3394, or in person at CWC Lander - 120 Enterprise Boulevard. Credit card payments, both through Eventbrite and CWC, are subject to processing fees. Cash or check payments are also accepted.
