About this Event
This Valentine's Day, join plant-based chef and educator Janay Laing for a delicious tutorial on making creamy pasta with NO dairy or eggs!
In this beginner-friendly class, Janay will demonstrate how to create a rich and flavorful Fettucine Alfredo sauce made with dairy-free cream cheese and Parmesan, and combine it with vegetables and pasta. Full tasting included.
Participants will also get to enjoy a special chocolate dessert!
In addition, there will be plenty of plant-based education, nutrition tips and a fun prize giveaway!
