Veg-Out with Jackie – Lunch & Learn with Spring-Inspired Menu! Join Jackie at A New HoriZen on Sunday, March 30th, from 12:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Relax and enjoy a menu tasting of:
Crispy Seasoned Snacks, Lemony Carrot and Ginger Soup, Raw Kale Greek Salad, Lentil Taco, Flavored Tea, and Dessert.
During the lunch participants will discuss:
• Importance of mindful eating
• Exploring local food sources
• Seasonal eating for a balanced healthy lifestyle
• Food prep, planning, and storing
All participants will receive a copy of all recipes and useful resources.
Veg-Out Lunch & Learn Investment: $20 p/p
