VEA 4th of July Pancake Breakfast

​Join the Veteran Entrepreneur Alliance for the Fourth of July Pancake Breakfast, a long-standing community tradition we are proud to carry forward after decades of leadership from the Gem State Kiwanis Club.

​This is one of those events that just feels right. Good food, familiar faces, new connections, and a chance to kick off Independence Day surrounded by your community.

​2026 is even bigger. This year marks the America 250 celebration, honoring 250 years of independence. Expect a strong turnout, a great atmosphere, and a morning that actually feels like something worth showing up for.

​We will be serving a full pancake breakfast with all the staples, right in the heart of downtown Boise at Cecil D. Andrus Park, directly in front of the Idaho State Capitol building.

• ​Veterans, military families, and local community members
• ​Adult and kids pancake eating contests
• ​Raffle tickets available during the event with prizes announced soon

​We kept it simple this year.

• ​$5 per plate for general public
• ​Veterans eat free

Time: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (we will continue serving until food runs out, usually around 11:00 AM)
Location: Cecil D. Andrus Park, directly in front of the Idaho State Capitol Building, Downtown Boise

​Funds raised support the work of the Veteran Entrepreneur Alliance, helping veterans and military spouses start and grow businesses through free education, mentorship, and ongoing support.
