Before we get too hot to handle, let's have a campout - 2 days of debauchery!
Vicenza Derelicts H3 are hosting a campout from 27 to 28 June.
All you wanna be hash-campers - like boy scouts - pay attention - we have badges!!!
I know, I know, we don't need no stinkin' badges.... well, you have to do fun things to earn our badges, so there!
The venue is in Porcia, by Pordenone.
It's at a hasher's home so when you RSVP, you will get the address.
Cost: $20 / 20 euros per person.
Fee pays for beer, wine, water, the part of a potluck dinner, and breakfast.
And a patch..... did we mention we have a patch?
DM your RSVP to Bloody Mary (on messenger - on FB website since she's the admin or directly from the chat group)
Your RSVP must include:
- Your hash name and the names of any other hashers cumming with you (we need an accurate count for food and drinks)
- Any dietary restrictions or allergies (again, for our food and drinks purchase)
Schedule of Events:
Sat 27 Jun:
- 12pm or later, you can set up camp
- 5pm - gather for trail
- After trail, dinner and games
- Midnight-ish - there may be some be some shenanigans during the night
Sun 28 Jun:
- Morning - breakfast, break camp
- 9am-ish or whenever we get moving - hangover trail
What to bring:
- Camping stuff
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
- Flashlight / Torch
- A dish to share for dinner (potluck style)
- Any drinks you want if you don't like beer, wine, or water.
- Any special stuff you want to be comfortable
About the venue
We're staying in a field next to a hasher's home. Hence why only hashers who RSVP that they want to cum get the address.
There is a toilet and shower in the taverna (basement) available to use.
There is also a fridge that you can put drinks / food into.
An artesian spring with spigot is nearby - safe to drink so you can fill up your water bottles.
The home has a small parking lot in front and there is more parking space on a nearby road.
Porcia has a grocery store (open on Sat) that is close to the home just in case you forgot something.
