VCR Workshop: Beginner Salsa!

In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of Cuban (on1) salsa footwork and partner work. We will learn to listen to counts in music, flowing with instruments as well as keeping count without music. Solo basic footwork will be transferred into partner work, where full body mechanics and frame will be explained and demonstrated. By the end of this workshop, you & your partner will have confidently learned "right" and "left" spin (for both follow and lead) as well as a crossbody lead. Please wear comfortable clothes and non marking footwear.
