Serve your community. VCC’s Counselling Skills program teaches you to work in the social service field. Learn about a spectrum of concerns including trauma-informed practice, mental health concerns and addictions.
Attend an online information session to meet the program coordinator and practicum coordinator. Basic Counselling Skills - Prerequisite Course CNSK 1401 and the Counselling Skills Foundations: Mental Health and Addiction certificate will be covered during this info session. You will learn about admission requirements, tuition and career possibilities when completing the program.
