We are delighted to invite you to the opening of Displaced Memories, a solo exhibition by Vasyl Tkachenko (Lyakh), one of the leading voices in Ukrainian contemporary art.
Tkachenko’s work explores the fragile nature of memory and its deep ties to loss and longing. Rooted in war-torn Mariupol, his paintings confront the impossibility of return — both physical and emotional — transforming personal grief into reflection and reckoning.
This marks TBA’s second exhibition and Tkachenko’s second solo show in Warsaw, following his 2023 debut at Promocyjna Gallery.
