Amber Leach, your North American Sales Director for Veto Pharma, earned her master’s degree in marketing & communication from Franklin University in 2004 and previously spent two decades working in pharmaceutical sales on the human side of medicine. But her true calling found her a decade ago when the curiosity of her children inspired her to add ‘beekeeper’ to her resume. Pastime quickly turned to passion after learning that her great-great-grandfather had also kept bees and soon Winkler Apiaries was born, its name honoring the generations that came before her and carrying forward a family legacy almost forgotten.
Rooted deep in the hills of Appalachia, where Amber was raised, Winkler Apiaries is guided by the belief that the hive comes before the honey. Their work is dedicated to the healthy proliferation of honeybees across the region through education, stewardship, and responsible beekeeping practices
