Enter the enchantment and expect the unexpected at Variety of Gins 2025. An intimate event available to just 250 ticket holders, Variety of Gins is a roaming musical soiree celebrating fine Tasmanian distillers paired with local culinary fare.

Variety of Gins is back again in the stunning Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens
Sip on gin cocktails created by some of Tasmania's most loved distillers inclduing McHenry Distillery, Three Cuts Gin and Poltergeist Gin. Enjoy an array of delicious canapés starring local produce.
Take in The Gardens as you stroll between three different pop-up cocktail bars, all set to the sounds of the ever-popular Australian Army Band.
