Part One
Variations on a Theme of Life
performed by Al Head
Life takes us to unexpected places and offers us obstacles and challenges, as well as pleasures and delights. The stories we tell ourselves, and others, about our experiences will determine how we react to them and what we do about them. Our stories have infinite variations and the different parts of ourselves will all have different ways of looking at what happens to us.
This performance comes from many years of 'Fooling' experience, and of lived awareness. It is completely improvised and will never be the same twice. As an audience you won't be asked to join in or put on the spot in any way. You are invited to sit back and enjoy the show!
These regular Fooling performances are based on the work of Franki Anderson. Al Head has been a pupil of Franki since 1988 and has performed in solo and group Fooling shows in many places, from Cornwall to Berlin, as well as regularly in Moretonhampstead over the last few years.
