Not castles per se but charming little houses with quite unique design characteristics found mostly on the west side of Vancouver but also in Burnaby and New Westminster. The majority of these were built in the 1930's by one contractor.
In the past decade I have documented 64 of these homes; regrettably, many are gone now as change sweeps through the Lower Mainland...
