Vancouver Community Kirtan / Potluck at Kits Beach North Lawn West of Sidewalk

Vancouver Community Kirtan (VCK) switches to Kitsilano beach for a kirtan/potluck again this summer!
Come and join us for an uplifting evening of sacred music, singing, potluck, and community building.
Weather permitting that is. Will update this event a few days before to see if it is viable. If weather is looking like it's going to be too cold or wet, then kirtan/potluck will be held at my place in the Westend.
Ideally I'm going to setup closer to the beach/water so that we have an unrestricted view of the sunset. So if the grassy area west of the sidewalk is available, that's where we will be.
At Kits beach north lawn, so that's north of the basketball courts, slightly north of the small north parking lot.
Bring a snack if you want to socialize afterwards. Please label it appropriately (meat, vegan, veggie).
Bring a blanket, something to sit on, and some water.
Chanters, new and experienced are welcome. For lovers of kirtan, VCK goal is to offer a space for people to enjoy the blessings and gifts of kirtan.
