Devon and Slava are back and coming to Victoria! We are working on classic, fun, and challenging VanCity flows to share with you all! Flows that give you space to push your edges, explore new possibilities and maybe even switch roles!
We are dedicated to creating a safe and intentional space for all to practice, play and experience the joy of collaborating and growing together.
While we have created these flows and learned how they work for our bodies; our hope is for you to find how they work for you and to make them your own!
To enjoy the full benefit of this workshop be comfortable practicing the following skills:
Star, Free Star, Revers Star - Range of motion in all. Shoulder Stand, tuck sit. Side Stars, Side Star Tick Tocks. Ninja Star, Corkscrew to Star, 4 step! Spotters welcome and encouraged 🥰
When: Saturday, April 5th from 5:30 - 8:30 pm
