Vampire Stories and Beauty Treatments? in a candle-filled room? While resting in several different gentle yoga "naps"? What more could you ask for?
Settle into bliss while listening to a vampire story playlist. Each pose will receive different beauty treatments/masks, so we can embrace the vampire life, and reverse the signs of aging.
Intensity Level: Gentle
Theme: Gentle, Restorative, Vampire Life
Indoors/Outdoors: Indoors
Cost: $30
Sensory Notes: Please dress for comfort, and wear clothing that's okay to maybe get a little messy.
What else to bring: Please bring water and any other props you may have and enjoy using, including an extra mat or blanket, and either a yoga bolster, or a double stuffed pillowcase or couch cushion.
Parking: Parking is free on Market Street in the evenings, during class time.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
