Values Lotería: A Family Wellness Experience
Join NAMI Greater Toledo for a fun and meaningful afternoon of connection, creativity, and conversation through Values Lotería! This interactive workshop uses the familiar game of Lotería with a unique mental wellness twist, helping participants explore the personal values that guide their lives, relationships, and decision-making.
Through engaging activities and family discussion, participants will reflect on what matters most to them while strengthening communication, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. This program is designed to be welcoming, inclusive, and culturally responsive, with a special focus on supporting Latino families while embracing participants of all cultural backgrounds and identities.
