Greetings and a heartfelt thanks for being part of VALOR 2024. VALOR is a Memorial Day event standing as a beacon of support for our nation's service members, fostering unity and togetherness through the one true universal language: Music.I founded VALOR in 2022 after the loss of my beloved son, Angel, an Army SSG who bravely served two deployments in Afghanistan. As a Gold Star Mother, I intimately understand the struggles our returning heroes face. Since that tragic day, my mission has been clear: to spread the message that no one walks this path alone. VALOR is my way of reaching out.
The harsh reality is that many service men and women feel disconnected upon returning home, often choosing to isolate themselves. VALOR's mission is simple yet profound: to provide a space for healing, social connection, and mental wellness. We collaborate with like-minded organizations to expand our reach, offering vital resources to our military community.
Together, let's continue to shine a light on this vital cause and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our veterans and their families.
