VALOR is a 12-hour leadership and resilience experience created by Freedom Ops. It blends GrowSchool leadership training with an Impact-style ruck, designed to build stronger husbands, fathers, professionals, and community leaders through hardship, teamwork, and stress-based decision-making.It’s not a race, it’s a leadership crucible. All fitness levels can participate, supported by trained cadre and a strong brotherhood.
WHO IS IT FOR:
Men seeking growth, challenge, purpose, or a first deeper F3-style event.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Leadership instruction, team rucking, problem-solving, practical challenges, and shared adversity that creates lasting bonds.
WHAT TO BRING: A ruck/backpack with 20–40 lbs, water, snacks, gloves, and weather-appropriate gear.
TRAINING (FREE):
F3 Texarkana will host optional prep rucks every week through May for anyone wanting to get ready. ALL MEN WELCOME even if you've never rucked before.
