The All About Fitness Family is hosting a Spring Break workout party on Thursday, April 3rd at 1600 Fort Benning Road, Columbus, GA. The event will start at 5:30 PM for advanced participants and 6:15 PM for beginners. The workout will be held at the Valley Health Chapter, which is a new partnership for the All About Fitness Family. The event is designed to be a party for the Valley Health Community and will feature a workout, plenty of parking, and is only 4 miles from Lakebottom. Participants are encouraged to wear green for financial awareness month.
