Meditate Create Activate with Relationship Wellness is a continuation of the popular Relationship Wellness Series presented by Optimal Living Retreats in collaboration with Twanna Moore of Essential Oils Boutique. Our dynamic team of guest presenters include Amanda Haynes Relationship Coach, Chris Reliford of Trap N Healthy and Ricardo Martin, LPC. They will bring you lessons, exercise, and resources you can use to enhance every relationship you have, including the one with yourself.

Registration is now open for sessions January through April 2026. Relationship Wellness Members and Collaboratipon Station Members can attend with our compliments. Kick off 2026 building healthy loving meaningful relationships.
