Valentine’s Weekend Heart-Opening Experience

Join us for a nourishing 90-minute journey of movement, sound, and connection, held in community at Lululemon. This special Valentine’s weekend class weaves together gentle, heart-opening yoga, a ceremonial cacao offering, and an immersive sound bath.

Ceremonial cacao has been traditionally used to support emotional openness, presence, and connection. Rich in antioxidants and naturally uplifting compounds, cacao gently stimulates circulation, supports mood, and invites a soft awakening of the heart—helping you feel grounded, open, and connected from the inside out.

Through mindful movement, intentional sipping, and the vibrational healing of sound, we’ll create space for self-love, compassion, and community. Come as you are and leave feeling open-hearted, nourished, and deeply held in shared experience.
